Monika B. Levinson has 15+ years experience in Human Resources as well as Organization & Leadership Development from startup to Fortune 100 companies. As an Executive Coach, she is passionate about facilitating her clients’ growth through increased self-awareness and helping them maximize their leadership effectiveness.
Monika has worked in a wide range of industries, incl. financial services, telecommunication, semiconductor, health services, video-games, artificial intelligence, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, education, and real estate.
Qualifications
Monika earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from CSPP (California School of Professional Psychology) in San Francisco and her Masters in Psychology from the Technical University in Braunschweig, Germany.
Professional Affiliations
Monika is a Leadership Coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) and a Senior Coach with the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre. She is a certified International Coach through the International Coaching Community (ICC).
Current Role
Monika is currently in transition from 14 years in New Zealand, the US und Singapore back to her country of origin, Germany. She continues to provide Leadership Development and Organization Consulting services globally and will focus more on European clients going forward.
She firmly believes in every person’s innate growth potential. Especially in her work as an executive coach with senior leaders and teams, she is dedicated to supporting her clients’ development by helping them identify their strengths and growth opportunities as well as stretch their thinking and range of actions.
Sometimes, this is indicated when senior managers and leaders need to step up within their current role or in preparation of a promotion into an executive-level role. If desired by the client, Monika also offers a broad choice of assessment tools to provide an even more robust foundation for your engagement with her.
Volunteer Activities and Hobbies
Monika is an active member of the Rotary Club of Auckland and engages in a variety of volunteer activities. She is very interested in politics, history, and world affairs. She appreciates art and culture, likes to read, hike, cook, and go to the movies.
